La Trouvaille, an authentic stone village house in the South of France, is located in Sanilhac-Sagries, just outside of Uzes, in the department of Gard in the Languedoc-Roussillon region.
The charming and comfortable structure was rebuilt in the 1980's from an over 250 year old ruin by locals who still live in the village. The house, which can sleep 4 adults plus 2 children, has an exceptionally private plunge pool off of a delightful enclosed courtyard. It is within walking distance of the local bakery/tea room, 2 restaurants, and hiking trails of the Gorges of Gardon, and within a 10 minute drive of Uzes, large shopping areas and markets.
